Time to step it up!

My posts in the Blog and the Podcast have been ordinary and meh. I realize I have to step it up and find my voice here. Posting with some conviction and passion is the goal. But I have been so distracted by the restart of the site that I have not turned my energy and attention back to my passions. And my passion is, to state it generally, mental health and wellness. I desire to teach others reliable techniques that I have learned to have life and work that is optimistic and fulfilling. And the essence of this turn in one’s life is rooted in connections. These connections are our intimates, friendships and working cohorts. And the key to having those relationships grow strong and sustain demands that we change ourselves! Becoming someone focused on love and service is the essence of fulfilling relationships with all others. And for those who profess a commitment to a faith system, Christianity in my case, it is the fundamental calling: love and service to others, not the self. If we take on the discipline of self change seriously we will always have a fulfilling life. It is about emotional closeness and love. And this is my focus here. Here is my passion!
